All Internet orders are shipped frozen. Freezing does
not harm our products in any way. It does not change the flavor,
texture or taste. You may store your order in the
refrigerator for
12-14 days after you receive it or you may
return them immediately to the freezer and store them for
up to 6 Months.
Do NOT defrost before warming, it will then taste and smell as
if we just baked them! NEVER re-freeze any food product!

[SHIPPING: PACKAGING]
Most of our product are packaged in retail style
formfitting clear plastic containers that you would normally
find in many bakeries and retail stores; Twin Pack, 6-Pack, 18-Pack 54-Pack,
90-Pack, etc. (Each piece is NOT individually wrapped within the
container). Some products, such as soufflés are packaged in
"oven-safe" or aluminum trays. And several others are packages on
Styrofoam trays. Then, they are all labeled and Shrink-Wrapped.
Finally, we pack your order into our new,
Hi-Tech Shipping Container with new Hi-Tech Gel-Ice Packs, and
off it goes to your doorstep! Can you just taste them now?

[SHIPPING:
SCHEDULE] We are
a large commercial bakery and we bake to order. We usually bake
Saturday Night through Thursday Morning, and because we produce
so many products, not every product in every flavor is made
during every shift; we ship only full orders as soon as
they are completed. Usually, orders take from 1-3
days to ship.
We ship Internet Orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
only.
We intentionally do NOT ship on or across weekends or holidays.
This insures that your frozen order will not sit in a
truck or plane (with their engines and air-conditioning OFF) for
an additional 24 to 48 hours, possibly compromising our
product's quality or taste! We take great pride in what we do
and have been doing it for over 87 years!
Please Note: We reserve the right to (sometimes) change the
shipping carrier or method of shipment (at NO additional cost to
you!) to better schedule carrier pickup and deliveries in order
to speed the orders along.

Our Internet Store ships to most locations across the United States, including
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For
orders beyond the Continental United States, please Email us before placing an order
to confirm a two (2) day shipping ability to that location.

UPS Ground Shipments have a MAXIMUM
Two Day Shipping Distance
from our Factory in New York
and are
therefore ONLY AVAILABLE
to the following 22 States: CT, DE, (Northern
GA and IL), IN, KY, MA, MD, ME. MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA,
RI, SC, TN. VA, VT and WV.
ALL
others customers MUST pick Two (2) Day Air or EXPRESS MAIL
instead of Ground Delivery.

[SHIPPING LABELS] We
package our products under the following labels: Gabila's,
Gabila's Knishes, King's Gourmet, and King David. We also use
"paper labels" for products that are usually only sold in Bulk,
but their shipping containers have been greatly downsized so
that you may enjoy these products as well.

[MINIMUM ORDER $50]
(Excluding Shipping) EXPLANATION: We must use NEW high-tech,
"Super-Insulated" shipping containers with Gel-Ice Packs (colder than
ice, much better and longer lasting than dry-ice) to be able to ship our
Super Delicious Knishes over a two (2) day shipping period; Thereby
enabling us to use UPS ground delivery for most parts of the
Eastern United States and Two (2) Day Air to other parts of the country.
This SAVES really BIG bucks in Shipping Costs for everyone! But,
orders under $50 don't even cover the cost of the Shipping Materials.
P.S. The Shipping Container and Gel-Ice Packs are re-usable! Use
them for Camping, Traveling, Moving, Picnics, Etc

Store, such as Cocktail Knishes in 100-300-500 Packs. Eggrolls
in 100 Packs and Knishes of course in 54 and 90 Packs. Larger
