PERISHABLE PRODUCTS:
All our products are shipped FROZEN and
should remain REFRIGERATED or FROZEN upon delivery or soon
thereafter. Our products can remain refrigerated for 12-14 days and
frozen for up to 6 months. Freezing does not affect the taste, texture,
flavor or appearance of our products.
If frozen, do NOT thaw - pop it in the oven and it will taste as if we
just baked it!
DELIVERY: If you or a family member will NOT be
home to receive your shipment, or arrive within a reasonable time (see
DOORSTEP DELIVERY below), have it sent to a neighbor, friend,
relative, local store or make other arrangements for the scheduled
delivery time. If you still can not arrange for reasonable delivery
coverage, Please do not order from us!
We are NOT
permitted to take back food and NO refunds will be issued, sorry.
DOORSTEP DELIVERY: You may
"waive" a delivery signature by indicating so in the "Special
Instructions box" during checkout. Just write "Leave at front door",
"Leave at back door", etc. By waiving your signature, you are
assuming responsibility for the delivery. |
