SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We are a large commercial bakery and we bake to order.
We usually bake Saturday Night through Thursday Morning,
and because we produce so many products, not every
product in every flavor is made during every shift; we
ship only
full orders as soon as they are completed. Usually,
orders take from 1 to 4 days to ship.
We ship Internet Orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and
Wednesdays only.
We intentionally do NOT ship on or across weekends or
holidays. This insures that your frozen order
will not sit in a truck or plane (with their engines and
air-conditioning OFF) for an additional 24 to 48 hours,
possibly compromising our product's quality or taste! We
take great pride in what we do and have been doing it
for over 88 years!
Please Note: We reserve the right to change the shipping
carrier or method of shipment (at NO additional cost to
you!) to better schedule carrier pickup and deliveries
and/or in order to speed the orders along.

WHY a Minimum?
A:
We use NEW high-tech 2-Day shipping containers and Gel-Ice Packs to keep
your order FROZEN throughout its 2-Day Trip to you. These shipping materials
are expensive and WE pay for them.
It's just that WE lose money on orders under $50. We really hope you
understand the "WHY".
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONOrders

thru Wed and MUST then arrive within 2 DAYS by GROUND or
AIR, from our BAKERY in NEW YORK GROUND SHIPPING can only go as far as the
NORTHEASTERN
USA within 2 DAYS!
