When will I get my
Order?
(The LONG Story) We are NOT a store, we have NO shelves, NO glass door
refrigerators and NO displays.
We don't pick from a shelf and ship your order. We are a
large commercial bakery and we bake large commercial
orders to order.
We bake'n'ship as quickly as possible because our
products are PERISHABLE. The longer we have them, the
shorter the shelf life. For that reason, we try to
maintain a very small in-house inventory. Our online
INTERNET STORE (almost a not-for-profit) was opened as a
courtesy to our customers who may not have any or
all of our product available to them in their own area.
We try to batch our Internet orders in with the large
commercial orders. However,
because we produce so many products, not every product
in every flavor is made during every shift. Usually,
Internet orders take from 1 to 4 days to bake depending
on what was ordered and which products were scheduled to
be made for the commercial orders... who pay our bills!

SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Usually, Internet orders take from 1 to 4 days to bake.
We ship only FULL orders as soon as they are
completed. We SHIP on Mondays and Tuesdays and
DELIVER on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We do
not ship on or across weekends or Holidays. Our products
are PERISHABLE and must arrive within 3 days! That's the
reason for NO weekends and Holidays.
MINIMUM ORDER $50
(Excluding Shipping) We use new High-Tech shipping
containers with (Food Safe) CRYO-GEL Ice Packs to keep
your PERISHABLE order at
an optimal shipping temperature for up to 3 DAYS.
These shipping materials
are
expensive and WE lose money on orders under $50 - that's the
reason!
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONOrders
take from 1 to 4 days to bake, then are shipped
from our BAKERY in NEW YORK
on
Mondays & Tuesdays. All orders MUST arrive within 3 DAYS.
