What is your return policy?

All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please contact customerservice@gabila.org, or call us at 631-789-2220 ext 9.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be processed at the time of purchase. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. We can process a refund up to 24 hours before it ships.

Is there sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be applied if shipped in New York only.

What payment options available for my online purchase?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover), and Paypal.

What can I do if my package is stuck in transit?

Once an order has shipped, Gabila’s is not responsible for any carrier delays.

If there is a problem with one of the items I ordered. Can I get a refund?
