Are your products kosher?

Yes! All of our products are certified kosher under the supervision of KOF-K.

Are your products certified Vegan?

Our original Coney Island square knishes are certified vegan along with many of our other products. All of our vegan.org certified products are noted as such in the item description.

Are your knishes delivered fresh or frozen?

FRESH! All of our knishes, latkes ,puddings and soufflés are delivered fresh to your door.

No, you can check out as a guest if you’d like. Creating an account is an easy way to save your shipping and billing information, view current orders and look up past orders.

Can I purchase your products over the telephone and have them shipped?

For phone orders, please email customerservice@gabila.com. Please leave a list of what items you would like and we will contact you with further instructions.

How do I know my order was placed?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an email with the details of your order and a unique order number. Please review the information to make sure it’s correct. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of placing the order, check your junk email.

How do I check the status of my order?

How are my orders shipped?

All of our products are packed with temperature-controlled, sealed packaging to ensure these items arrive fresh and in the best quality.

When will my items ship?

We Generally ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays in order to deliver you the freshest products.

We do not ship orders when there is a chance they will get held up in a UPS warehouse over the weekend (Example; If you choose 2nd day air on a Thursday, it will not ship until Monday)

We do NOT ship on Friday’s.

Please keep in mind, our products are made fresh to order. Once you place the order it has to be added to our production. We are a kosher company and do not bake on Friday’s and Saturday’s.

How should I handle my order once it’s received?

Once received your order, please remove items from the packaging and place in the refrigerator or the freezer.

Will my order come with heating instructions?

Yes, all items come with heating Instructions on the label.

Where does Gabila’s ship to?

We ship to the entire continental United States!

When will I receive my order?

You will receive tracking information via email once it has left our facility.

What if my order never arrives?

You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions, contact us right away by emailing customerservice@gabila.com

If there is a problem with one of the items I ordered. Can I get a refund?

If you are missing an item or you have received a damaged item,. please contact us at customerservice@gabila.com  We will do everything possible to accommodate you.

What can I do if my package is stuck in transit?

Once an order has shipped, Gabila’s is not responsible for any carrier delays.

What payment options available for my online purchase?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover).

Is there sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be applied if shipped in New York only.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be processed at the time of purchase. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. We can process a refund up to 24 hours before it ships.

What is your return policy?
